Over the past 15 years, Becky has worked across global brands, agencies, and athlete-led businesses. Her experience includes roles at Red Bull and Google, partnering with world-class athletes and sports community leaders; agency experience at Octagon working on brands such as Allstate, Mastercard, BMW, and Sony; leading digital marketing for Rob Gronkowski, including securing his ESPN The Body Issue cover; helping launch the “Go!” YouTube series with BMX icon Nigel Sylvester; and managing communications for USA Volleyball.
Now, Becky brings that full spectrum of experience together through Kaleo Sports & Entertainment, a sports and entertainment agency built to put athletes and entertainers first. Founded on the belief that personal brands should be owned, protected, and purpose-driven, KSE serves as the connective tissue between storytelling, reputation, and commercial opportunity.
