Becky Kaleo
Founder & Agent
Becky is a licensed attorney with 15 years of experience in sports and entertainment marketing, clocking time at Google, Octagon, the USOC and Red Bull. She has negotiated multi-million dollar partnership deals, was named a Cynopsis Rising Star in Sports & Entertainment, led social media for Rob Gronkowski and successfully launched what is now known as the Go! Series for Nigel Sylvester.
She founded KSE during her journey in motherhood, as she felt there wasn't an agency that existed that she would trust her son's legacy with. In that discovery she has built a safe haven for athletes and entertainers to create and grow without having to worry if their agency has their best interest at heart.
Joe Kazar
VP of Brand Partnerships & Commercial Growth
Joe joins KSE as the Vice President of Brand Partnerships and Commercial Growth. Joe has spent his decade-long career in sports managing multi-million dollar athlete sponsorship portfolios. Most recently, Joe served Red Bull on the partnerships team closing and executing both brand and media deals.
He joins KSE with a mission to lead clients into avenues of commercial growth that they did not know existed, all while ensuring each opportunity is authentic and rooted in trust.
